Roy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Delta Partners and an experienced executive search consultant.

Prior to setting up Delta Partners, Roy spent almost seven years as an Executive Search Consultant in the Singapore office of Heidrick & Struggles, a global executive search firm. Roy possesses broad executive search experience placing senior leadership/management executives and professionals across the Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing, Transportation/Logistics and Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries. Functionally, he has placed CEOs, business and functional unit heads such as Human Resources, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Information Technology/Systems, for single-country as well as regional entities. 

Roy joined Heidrick & Struggles from a specialist public relations firm, where he was the Investor Relations Consultant to a diverse range of corporate clients. Prior to that, Roy was a pioneer member of Peregrine Securities Singapore Private Client Group, and a banker with the merchant banking division of leading Japanese securities broker, Nikko Securities. He began his career as an equity analyst at a domestic securities firm covering Singapore and Malaysian equities.

A Singaporean, Roy graduated from San Jose State University in California with a BSc. in Business Administration, Finance and Economics.
